Terms

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is posted from your account.

Your photos

Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to share. You keep the copyright. By uploading you allow fotos.red to display the photo on the site and in previews (for example when shared on social media).

Not allowed

Nudity or sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, spam, other people’s photos, or photos of people who did not agree to be photographed in private situations. We remove such content and can suspend accounts.

Game

XP, levels and badges have no money value. Cheating (fake accounts, vote swapping, like farming) leads to removal of XP or suspension.

Liability

fotos.red is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it online and safe but can’t guarantee it is always available.
